    Metal brackets made up for the missing soul plate.
    Soul plate fitted.
    Lead plates fitted to the inside of the wheel to balance it.
    New apple wood teeth are made and installed on the crown wheel and pinion.
    A new belt for the sack hoist pully.
    A new safety gate is made for the second floor.
    A loaf of bread is made using locally sourced ingredients, with grain ground by hand at the mill to a 2000 year old recipe!
